As a Leader of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, I organized more than five school events and guest speaker sessions focused on advancing DEI values within the Chadwick community.

I also founded the annual April Splash Week, an initiative designed to encourage dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion. The program has engaged more than 400 students, creating opportunities for the wider school community to participate in conversations around these topics.
